Since 2007, Southeast Health employees have donated more than $2.9 million to help provide cutting-edge healthcare in our community. By partnering with the Foundation, your gift towards your passion, along with the generosity of other employees will help us continue to change the lives of those we serve.
As Team Captain for your department(s), we need YOUR help. Talk with your team and spread the word about how the Foundation has been able to give back to Southeast Health, ACOM, and our outside clinics, thanks to the donations of our employee partners.
Team Captain Responsibilities
Attend the Campaign Kick-Off on Thursday, October 8.
Make a meaningful gift to YOU&I and share your passion story with others.
Generate excitement about the YOU&I campaign within your department. Be creative!
Distribute YOU&I brochures to your department. Coordinate with the Foundation when completed and ready for pick up.
Pick up YOU&I t-shirts and passion icon buttons for employee partners in your department.
Share how the Foundation has given back to Southeast Health through various passion areas.
Wear your YOU&I T-Shirt, show off your passion icon button, and share campaign updates with your department.
Competitions & Prizes
The Team Captain who has the highest percentage increase in department giving will receive a one-year parking space on the 4th floor of the West Parking Deck.
There will also be department winners for: Most Money Raised, Highest Percentage of Partners, and 100% Giving Departments.
Employee Partners will be entered to participate for a parking space on the 4th floor of the West Parking Deck and one of six Southeast Health Capsule Wardrobes from Ken Young Co.
All winners will be announced at the Campaign Celebration on Monday, December 2.

October 24th & 25th (8:00am-2:00pm) – T-Shirt/Passion Icon Button Pick Up & Distribution
- Please pick up your department(s) t-shirts, and distribute them before Foundation Friday (November 1st)
November 1st – Campaign Officially Kicks Off
November 1st, 8th 15th, 22nd & 29th – Foundation Fridays
November 1st, 8th & 15th – Employee Partner Perks
December 2nd (9:30am-10:30am) – Campaign Celebration
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I turn in my completed cards?
Put them in an envelope and leave them in the Foundation’s mail slot in the hospital’s mail room or bring them to the Foundation office.
When will new campaign partners receive their t-shirts?
Once the Foundation office receives the new campaign card, we will fill the order and either bring it to their department or put it in their department mail slot in the hospital mail room.
When do completed campaign cards need to be turned in?
Completed cards need to be received in the Foundation office by November 30th in order to be included in campaign totals and to be counted toward prizes.
When will the campaign celebration be held?
The celebration will be held on December 2nd in the Heart & Vascular Lobby.
